Movenpick Hotel & Residences Hajar Tower Makkah Mecca

The hotel was a superb base for enjoying a very nice area, near the prayer hall in the building, VIP restaurant and Al Haram. Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant Al Naim.

everything was good, it had strong wifi, nothing to complain about. the staff were upon our request the duty manager was very considerate and ready to render an easy check-in. the hotel restaurant was nice with tasty cuisine.

Late check out was quick, had top-class employees.

I loved it, it was such wonderful. Unbeatable location in the residential area, bright rooms, and absolutely kind staff. Exceptional view, a great balcony, perfect bed, too. Service was unparalleled too.

Breakfast was relatively good and the staff was willing to help. Our room was perfect and normal, with functional decor. Such beautiful location to a cubical shrine. We loved brilliant service.

Luxury stay in the shopping area. Location and food were cool, and hotel in general was absolutely fabulous. Room had a spacious bathroom that we loved. The bed was soft, no problems with sleep.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the location was incredibly comfortable! The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was healthy. Workers were very approachable, setting is in 20 minutes' walk to the heart of the city.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was rather slow.

Staff was HELPFUL, it was very clean. The place is 0.9 miles away from Mecca downtown. We really loved it.

We enjoyed everything. Superb staff and location, and even a private parking. There's Five Guys serving quick orders just walking distance from the hotel...

Only several minutes' walk to Masjid Taneem. It was definitely 5 stars for us. No complaints whatsoever with the hotel. The property was really close to Al Haramin "Mina 1 ‎" train station.
